Privacy Policy
I. INTRODUCTION
(1) In order to respect the privacy and security of the Users of the website https://flollow.com/ (hereinafter: ‘the Website’), this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: ‘the Policy’) has been developed, which clearly sets out the principles of the Website and the contact form, the methods of handling personal data and the collection and processing of data about the Users of the Website.
(2) The Website is operated by Flollow Global OÜ a limited liability company with its registered office in Estonia, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, 15551, registry code 17063513.
II. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
(1) As part of the operation of the Website, personal data of Users may be processed under the terms of the Policy. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: ‘GDPR’), as well as with other legal acts supplementing or replacing the aforementioned regulations.
(2) The controller of the personal data is Flollow Global OÜ a limited liability company with its registered office in Estonia, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, 15551, registry code 17063513 (hereinafter: ‘Flollow’).
(3) Flollow may share personal data with entities cooperating with it, in particular in the field of marketing and IT services, as well as with other entities authorised to access personal data under applicable legislation.
III. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
(1) During the use of the Website, data concerning the User are collected automatically, in particular as regards information on the activities performed on the Website and the IP address. This data may be collected through the operation of cookies (see Section VII of the Policy). In addition, the User may voluntarily provide his/her data: name, company and e-mail address within the contact form.
(2) Users' data are processed for the purpose of Flollow's legitimate interests, in particular ensuring the security, development and optimal functioning of the Website, improving the quality of services, protecting rights and asserting claims, marketing and information activities - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
IV. RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(1) The User shall have the right, at any time, to request access to his/her data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, their transfer, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - The Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) https://www.aki.ee/en.
(2) To the extent that the processing is based on the pursuit of purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by Flollow, the Website User shall have the additional right to object to such processing at any time. If you lodge an objection, Flollow will no longer be able to process your personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for the establishment, assertion or defence of claims. With regard to data processed for direct marketing purposes, the objection has the effect of preventing further such processing without the need to invoke a particular situation and without Flollow being able to demonstrate the existence of grounds entitling it to further such processing.
V. DATA RETENTION
Personal data shall be processed for the period of the User's use of the Website or for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data were collected. In addition, the personal data will be stored for the period during which possible claims are settled or such claims could arise and have not become time-barred.
VI. CONTACT FORM
(1) Flollow provides Users interested in contacting Flollow with a Contact Form.
(2) Each User of the Website has the option to voluntarily use the Contact Form by providing Flollow with the following data:
a. first and last name;
b. company;
c. e-mail.
(3) User's personal data contained in the Contact Form are being processed by Flollow on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by Flollow (marketing and information activities) - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
VII. COOKIES
What are cookies?
Web browsers may store text files - so-called ‘cookies’ - on your computer or other device used by the User. Cookies store information necessary for the proper functioning of websites, in particular those which use authorisation mechanisms. The Website uses social media in the form of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to communicate Flollow's activities. When the User clicks on the link to the aforementioned social media sites posted on the Website (indicated by a logo or name), it is possible to link the content of the Website to the User's profile on the respective site and to attribute the entry to the Website to the User's profile on the respective site.
